How to choose your session

Eight services and 18 listed prices is a lot to scan on a phone. Here's the short version. Worth knowing before you pick: the NIH's National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health describes massage therapy as generally safe for most people when it's performed by a trained practitioner — so the decision below is mostly about what you want out of the hour.

How long should you book?

For a first visit, 60 minutes is the safe pick — enough time for full body work at $109. Choose 45 minutes ($89) when one area needs attention and your lunch break is short. At 90 minutes ($149) the therapist can cover everything and still slow down on the tight spots. The 120 minute session ($189) is for days you don't want to watch the clock.

Couples massage or four hands?

They cost the same — $189 for 60 minutes, $279 for 90, $369 for 120 — but they are different treatments. Couples Massage is two people on two tables side by side in one private room, each with their own therapist. Four Hands is one person and two therapists working in rhythm. Book couples for a shared date night; book four hands when the occasion is entirely yours.

Booking while pregnant?

Prenatal Massage comes in 60 minutes at $119 or 90 minutes at $159. Many expecting parents find 60 minutes is plenty, especially later in pregnancy. If your pregnancy is high-risk or you're unsure whether massage is a good idea at your stage, check with your doctor or midwife first — then mention how far along you are when you book.

Which lymphatic treatment fits?
